The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and to play a key role in converting enquiries into booked work.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, customer interaction and working as a key member of a team orientated business. There is genuine opportunity for growth as the business and customer service function expand.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibility for our CRM Platform: ZOHO including inbound enquiries across phone, email and web
Issue quotes using internal systems and templates
Coordinate internally to resolve questions and progress jobs
Follow up enquiries and maintain accurate CRM records
Support scheduling and general customer communication
About You
Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Detail oriented and highly organised
Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
Proactive and reliable, with strong communication skills.
Able to prioritise and escalation appropriately
ZOHO CRM experience is manditory.
