About the role:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. We are seeking a motivated Grade 2 Occupational Therapist to join our Specialised Rehabilitation team, where you will play a key role in delivering best-practice, person-centred, occupation-based care to our clients. Care is delivered across centre-based, home, and community settings through individual and group sessions, both face-to-face and via telehealth.

Key responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred, occupation-focused assessment and intervention

Providing goal-oriented physical rehabilitation to clients with a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, chronic pain and aged related conditions.

Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice

Communicate effectively with clients, carers, and the broader multidisciplinary team

Participate in the supervision, teaching, and professional development of staff and students

Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of service delivery

About you:

Hold current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist

Hold a valid Victorian driver's licence

Relevant experience in rehabilitation and demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, evidence-based OT intervention

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexibly across settings, campuses, and teams
