You'll be joining an established project team delivering an exceptionally high-calibre Class 1 residence for a builder renowned for complex, highly detailed projects across Sydney. The Role Working closely with the Site Manager & wider project team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of the project, including:



Coordinating trades and subcontractors on site Supervising day-to-day construction activities Driving quality and attention to detail Assisting with sequencing and short-term programming Maintaining high WHS standards Reading and working from detailed architectural documentation Resolving day-to-day site issues Leading by example and supporting the wider site team About You We're looking for someone with: Strong carpentry and construction experience Leading Hand or supervisory experience High-end Class 1 residential experience Solid technical knowledge Exceptional attention to detail Valuable communication and leadership skills A professional, team-first attitude What's On Offer?
