Skin Mind Beauty & Hair is looking for a Senior beauty therapist/ Salon Manager to join our Southport salon in a hands-on leadership role. This is the perfect opportunity for a strong therapist who still loves delivering treatments, but is ready to take the next step into leadership within a modern, growing salon.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality beauty treatments with confidence and care

Manage your column while supporting the day-to-day flow of the salon

Lead and support the team on the floor with professionalism and high standards

Help drive client experience, rebooking, retail and overall salon performance

Work closely with the owner to support salon growth, culture and daily operations

About you You’re an experienced beauty therapist who is confident with treatments, strong on the floor, and ready to step into a more senior role. You still enjoy doing treatments but, but you’re also someone whom can lead by example, keep standards high , support a team and help create an exceptional client experience. This role would suit a beauty therapist who wants the next step into leadership their career while remaining hands-on with clients.

What you’ll be doing

Performing high-quality beauty treatments with confidence and care

Managing your own column and supporting salon flow throughout the day

Leading by example on presentation, professionalism and client care

Supporting team standards, performance and salon culture on the floor.

Helping oversee rebooking, retail conversations and client retention

Handling client concerns professionally and calmly when needed

Working closely with the salon owner to support growth and day-to-day operations

What we’re looking for

An experienced Beauty Therapist with strong treatment confidence

Someone who is naturally organised, professional and client-focused

Leadership ability or previous experience in a senior / management role

A team player who can motivate others whilst maintaining high standards

Strong communication skills and a calm, capable presence

A genuine passion for client results, service and salon culture

Someone who wants to grow with a up-to-date, established business — not just fill a job
