Looking for your next move as a Site Supervisor?

We're looking for experienced construction professionals to join a growing business managing residential insurance repair projects across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland.

n

This is an off-tools supervisory role with a company vehicle, performance incentives and manageable project allocations. You'll coordinate trades, manage your own portfolio of projects and have the autonomy to keep jobs moving and deliver quality outcomes.

n

Experience in residential construction, roofing, building repairs or insurance works is highly regarded. You don't need to come directly from insurance building - strong construction knowledge and supervisory experience are what matter most.

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for managing projects from initial assessment through to completion, including:

n

n
- Conducting site inspections and assessing repair requirements
n
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and scheduling
n
- Reviewing scopes and monitoring project progress
n
- Overseeing project timeframes, quality and safety
n
- Identifying issues and finding practical solutions
n
- Maintaining accurate project records and updates
n
- Ensuring works meet relevant building and WHS requirements
n

What We're Looking For

n

We're looking for someone who is practical,



organised and confident taking responsibility for getting jobs completed.

n

Ideally, you'll have:

n

n
- Previous Site Supervisor or similar construction experience
n
- Strong practical building and/or roofing knowledge
n
- Experience coordinating trades and managing multiple projects
n
- Strong organisation and problem solving skills
n
- Confident communication and customer service skills
n
- Valuable understanding of WHS and quality requirements
n
- Confidence using technology and job management systems
n
- Current driver's licence
n

n

Highly regarded, but not essential: QBCC Supervisor Licence, relevant trade qualification, Certificate IV in Building & Construction, roofing experience or insurance building experience.
