VIP Physio is looking for an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our growing team in an ongoing role across our clinic and community services.

The role is based at our Pakenham clinic, with community physiotherapy services provided across South-East and Eastern Melbourne.

With continued growth and increasing referrals, we are looking for a physiotherapist who can develop and manage a diverse caseload while working collaboratively with our established clinical team.

We are open to full-time or part-time arrangements for the right candidate.

The role offers a combination of in-clinic physiotherapy and mobile home/community visits, with the opportunity to manage your own caseload, take on new referrals and work across a broad range of clinical presentations and funding streams.

About the Role

You will provide assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing physiotherapy management across clinic, home and community settings.

Your caseload may include:

- Musculoskeletal and sports conditions
- Post-operative and general rehabilitation
- Strength, mobility, balance and falls prevention
- Neurological and disability-related rehabilitation
- Support at Home / aged care clients
- WorkCover, TAC and DVA clients
- Private and Medicare-referred patients

Community visits are primarily across South-East and Eastern Melbourne, with appointments scheduled geographically where practicable.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Provide hands‑on treatment, exercise prescription and rehabilitation
- Independently manage a diverse and ongoing caseload




- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, reports and recommendations
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, referrers, support coordinators, case managers and other health professionals
- Work collaboratively with our physiotherapy and allied health team to support high‑quality and consistent client care

About You

We are looking for a physiotherapist who is clinically confident, compassionate, organised and able to work independently.

You will ideally have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- 2+ years' physiotherapy experience preferred
- Strong musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Sound clinical reasoning and exercise prescription skills
- Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with clients
- High-quality and timely clinical documentation
- Good organisation and caseload management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake community visits
- Experience with NDIS, Support at Home/aged care, WorkCover, TAC and/or DVA would be highly regarded.

Additional Skills Highly Regarded

Experience or training in any of the following would be an advantage:





- Dry needling and/or cupping
- Sports physiotherapy
- Women's health / pelvic health physiotherapy
- Paediatric physiotherapy
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Clinical Pilates / exercise rehabilitation
- Balance and falls prevention
- NDIS, disability and aged care physiotherapy

You do not need experience in every area above. We value clinicians with a strong physiotherapy foundation who are keen to continue developing their skills.

- $85,000–$100,000 + superannuation (full time equivalent), depending on experience and clinical skills
