Business Operations & Growth Coordinator | Emerging Leader

We're looking for a smart, ambitious emerging leader who wants the opportunity to make a genuine impact across operations, data, technology, contractor experience, brand, marketing, events and growth.

n

You'll work across virtually every part of the business outside payroll and finance.

n

One day you might be looking at our data and spotting a trend. The next you could be improving our contractor experience, coordinating an event, questioning the ROI from a marketing investment, finding a better way to use technology or solving an operational problem.

n

We want someone who notices things, asks why, and when something could be better, does something about it.

n

What you'll own

n

Business operations – keeping things running and getting things done across our Gold Coast and Brisbane offices

n

Data & insights – tracking what matters, spotting trends and helping turn data into better decisions

n

Contractor experience – ensuring our contractors receive exceptional onboarding, care and engagement

n

Brand & marketing – helping ensure how Aspirante looks, sounds and presents reflects the business we want to be

n

Systems, technology & AI – finding smarter ways to work and getting more from the platforms we invest in

n

Events & engagement – helping deliver outstanding client and industry events and maximising the opportunities from them

n





Process improvement – challenging inefficient ways of working and building better ones

n

Reporting & ROI – helping us understand what's working, what's not and where we should focus

n

About you

n

Your current job title isn't particularly important to us. What you've done with the opportunities you've had is.

We're looking for someone who is:

Smart, curious and quick to learn

n

Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers

n

Highly organised but doesn't need to be micromanaged

n

Naturally good with people

n

Proactive and comfortable taking ownership

n

Interested in brand, presentation and the experience we give people

n

Hungry to develop and make a difference

n

Willing to get their hands dirty when something needs doing

n

Someone with high standards – ideally, eventually higher than ours

The opportunity

n

You'll work closely with the leadership of a growing Queensland business, learn how the whole business works and have the opportunity to take on considerably more responsibility as we grow.

n

Starting salary of $70,000-$85,000, depending on experience and capability, with genuine scope for significant salary and career progression based on performance within the first 12 months.
