Job Description

West Tradies in Dharruk, NSW is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations, shape the menu, and elevate the dining experience for members and guests.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will mentor a small team, drive menu innovation, manage costs, ensure HACCP and food safety standards, and collaborate with management to meet venue goals in a brand-new renovated kitchen. This role offers creative input and career development opportunities.
