The National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE) is built on the land of the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation. Out services include a gym, fitness classes, indoor heated pool, basketball stadium and football field. In taking a strengths-based approach with culture at the core, NCIE's programs and services, are designed with the sole purpose of creating long-term improvements in wellbeing. Currently, we have an opportunity in our facility operations team for a casual Duty Manager to cover approximately 28 hours per week. The position requires availability for mixed weekday and weekend shifts.

As a Duty Manager Coordinator you:

- Love being part of a dynamic team and inspiring others with your leadership and customer service approach.




- Are passionate about the wellbeing and safety of our members and can demonstrate a commitment to WHS and current facility & aquatic management regulations.
- Work well within a team but can also call yourself a self starter.
- Have a can do attitude, willing to support your team to ensure the operations run smoothly on the day.
- Prior experience in aquatic facility or recreation centre management highly regarded.

You'll hold the following:

- Valid CPR Certificate (HLTAID009) and First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate (SISSS00111).
- Hold current Police/Working with Children Checks or willingness to obtain.
- Pool Plant Operations certification would be highly regarded.
