We're on the lookout for a polished, motivated Salesperson to join a premium flagship retail Boutique in Parramatta. This is an opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys sales, loves working with customers and wants to be part of a high-performing team where your individual results are rewarded through personal commission. While weekends are part of the roster, you'll enjoy two weekdays off every week - perfect for avoiding the weekend crowds, getting errands done or simply having more flexibility outside of work.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service

- Build genuine relationships and create loyal returning customers
n
- Drive individual sales and achieve personal targets
n
- Confidently style and advise customers across the collection
n
- Identify opportunities to maximise every customer interaction
n
- Maintain high standards or presentation and visual merchandising
n
- Support the wider team in achieving store targets
n
- Assist with stock management, replenishment and general store operations
n
- Represent the brand with professionalism and confidence
n

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in premium, fashion or customer-focused retail
n




- A proven passion for sales and achieving targets
n
- Confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
n
- A natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationships
n
- Commercially driven and motivated by personal results
n
- Impeccable presentation and a genuine interest in fashion
n
- A positive, team-focused attitude
n
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a 5-day roster
