Our Support Office in Pinkenba is the heart of our operations, and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Credit Administration Officer to join our Credit Team. This role is ideal for someone who has recently finished high school and is looking to take their first step into the workforce, or for someone looking to start or develop their career in administration. No previous credit experience is required, and full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

About the Role

Working as part of our Credit Team, you will provide essential administrative support to help keep our customer and credit records accurate, up to date and well organised. This is a full-time position working onsite from our Pinkenba office.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Daily filing and maintenance of Credit Team records

Updating customer master data and processing changes to customer information

Processing and setting up cash sale accounts

Supporting senior team members with projects and process improvement initiatives

Assisting with maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records in our Momentum Pro system

Liaising with internal teams and Branch Managers to obtain or confirm information when required

Providing general administrative tasks to help the Credit Team operate efficiently

As you become more confident in the role, there will be opportunities to learn more about the wider credit function and develop your skills within the team.

What We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level opportunity,



and previous office or credit experience is not essential. We’re interested in people who are keen to learn, develop their skills and become part of a supportive team.

You may be a recent school leaver looking for your first full-time role, or someone with some work experience who is looking to build a career in administration.

Previous administration, data entry or office experience will be viewed favourably, however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
