We are currently looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated Dental/Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing practice in Cremorne, NSW. This is a full-time position working 4 days per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - offering the prospect to become part of a supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and workplace culture just as much as clinical excellence.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting the orthodontist during patient appointments by preparing treatment rooms, sterilising instruments, and providing chairside support
n
Greeting and welcoming patients, helping them feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their visit
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic dental charts
n
Performing basic laboratory duties
n
Ensuring strict compliance with infection control protocols and workplace health and safety standards
n
What we're looking for
n
Previous experience as a Dental/Orthodontic Assistant, ideally within an orthodontic practice
n
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for patient care
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment
n
A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to the needs of the practice
n
Someone who enjoys being part of a friendly and supportive workplace culture
