The Salvation Army Employment Plus in Victoria is seeking a Senior Mentor to support parents in achieving education and employment goals through personalised coaching and practical assistance.

You will build relationships with participants, navigate barriers, coordinate referrals, and arrange job placements with local employers while meeting KPI targets.
