Property Manager
to join our growing residential property management team in Pakenham.

About the Role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio, including:
Managing a portfolio of up to 120 residential properties
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Managing routine inspections
Coordinating repairs, maintenance and trades
Managing lease renewals and rent reviews
Following up rental arrears
Managing tenancy issues and enquiries
Ensuring properties comply with Victorian legislation
Communicating regularly with property owners
Maintaining accurate property records
Working closely with the leasing and business development teams
Trust accounting and entry/ingoing condition reports are not part of this position , allowing you to focus on property management, client relationships and delivering excellent service.
About You We are looking for someone with:
Robust knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive and solution-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
