About the Role

Are you a passionate Speech Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in the community?

We’re looking for a motivated and autonomous clinicians to join our growing team, delivering mobile services to adults in their homes and local communities. As a Speech Pathologist at Bluey, you’ll support adults with a wide range of developmental and acquired conditions, including: Acquired brain injuries, progressive neurological disorders, autism , cerebral palsy, COPD and Intellectual disabilities. You will provide assessment and intervention across all aspects of communication and swallowing. While this role primarily focuses on adults, we’re also open to therapists who prefer a mixed caseload.

What We’re Looking For





- A qualified Speech Pathologist with a passion for community-based care

- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with an adult caseload

- Comfortable working independently, with full-time availability

- Willingness to travel to clients in the community as part of a mobile model

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client- and family-centred approach
