Our client is a reputable and long‑standing trades businessknown for their professional approach, supportive team culture, and commitmentto delivering quality service. Seeking an experienced and motivated RoofingSite Supervisor to join their team, reporting to the directors.

We are looking for someone with the right attitude and previous hands-on plumbing and/or roofing, who can drive results while maintaining a positive team culture.

- Location : West – ideally based in Tarneit, Fraser Rise area orsurrounding western suburbs.
- Thisrole involves travelling between sites.
- What'son offer: $80,000 - $100,000 (depending on exp) + Super + Take Home Car + IPAD + Phone Allowance

Responsibilities

- Measure roofs and flashings accurately
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) inspections
- Resolve onsite construction and installation issues
- Support trades onsite
- Identify and resolve maintenance-related issues




- Complete site reports and communicate project updates
- Ensure compliance with relevant building and safetystandards
- Provide technical support and guidance to field teams
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, trades andstakeholders

Your Profile

- Trade background - Roof Plumber or Plumber
- Comfortable using technology,including iPads and computer-based reporting systems
- Extensive knowledge of roofingsystems, plumbing regulations and building codes
- Experience measuring roofs andflashings
- Strong troubleshooting and roofmaintenance problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform minormaintenance works using tools when required
