We're looking for a Blending Team Member to join our production team. This is a hands-on role responsible for accurately weighing and blending powdered raw materials to produce quality finished products.

About The Role

n

As a Blending Team Member, you will play an important role in our day-to-day production operations ensuring our blends for manufacturing are ready for production, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Accurately weighing and handling powdered raw materials in line with batch sheets and formulations
n
- Loading raw materials into blending equipment
n
- Operating weighing, blending and production equipment safely and efficiently
n
- Transferring blended product to designated containers or the next stage of production
n
- Following SOPs, GMP and food safety requirements
n
- Supporting allergen management and contamination control
n
- Dismantle, clean and reassemble production machinery as required for production standards
n
- Picking raw materials for production orders & basic computer work for batch tracking to maintain accurate material traceability
n




- Ensuring raw materials and finished products are handled and stored correctly
n
- Working closely with the wider production team to meet daily production requirements
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is reliable, practical and takes pride in doing things properly.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A current forklift licence - essential
n
- Experience working with powdered raw materials
n
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and an understanding of allergen management would be highly regarded
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, nutrition, food, cosmetic or similar manufacturing environments will be highly regarded
n
