About the role:
n
Reporting to the Catalogue and Product Manager, as the Product & Catalogue SpecialistSpecialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, complete and reliable product catalogue information.
n
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on automotive parts research, data entry, Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) management and industry cross-referencing. You will help ensure our product data is clean, comprehensive and aligned to market demand, while supporting sales, purchasing and wider product initiatives.
n
Based at our Brendale Head Office, this full time role is ideal for someone with strong automotive product knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and confidence working with high-volume product data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, create and maintain accurate product and catalogue listings.
n
- Perform data entry and manage parent/child listings, cross-references and supersessions.
n
- Review, audit and maintain catalogue data to support accurate internal and external product information.
n
- Research manufacturer and industry information to identify range gaps and current product opportunities.
n
- Support sales and purchasing teams with parts interpretation, product enquiries and catalogue information.
n
- Assist with product training and ensure product information is communicated consistently across the business.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve catalogue processes, data quality and reporting.
n

About you:
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
- Experience in automotive cataloguing, product data, parts interpretation, or a similar role.
n
- Strong data-entry skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
n
- Experience using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs), catalogue systems or similar databases.
n
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
- Ability to research, interpret and cross-reference automotive parts information.
n
- Robust organisational, communication and time-management skills.
n
