About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a Property Graduate/Development Officer to support the planning, coordination and delivery of residential development projects. Working with internal teams, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders, you will assist with project administration and help ensure key milestones are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

- Support residential development projects through the planning and delivery stages.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities and other project stakeholders.
- Assist with planning applications, permits, approvals and statutory requirements.
- Monitor project programs, budgets, risks and key deliverables.
- Prepare reports, correspondence,



meeting papers and project documentation.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in property, planning, construction, project management or a related field, along with administration or customer service experience. You will bring strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, sound commercial awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
