How You Will Contribute:

- Assess and Approve Loans:Use your expertise to evaluate diverse credit applications and make empowered decisions.

- Collaborate and Communicate:Work with the sales team and brokers, collaborating on applications and fostering future opportunities.

- Drive Solutions:Help customers achieve their financial goals, delivering exceptional service and building strong collaborative relationships.

- Compliance First:Ensure all decisions align with our policies and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous experience in consumer credit analysis or SME/business lending.
n
- Experience in regulated and/or unregulated lending (bank, non-bank, vehicle finance, unsecured loans, low-doc loans, mortgage loans etc.).
n
- Previously held a delegated lending authority.
n
- Strong attention to detail, divergent thinking, excellent communication and customer service passion.
n
- Solution-focused, versatile, and collaborative mindset with a drive to exceed KPIs and contribute to team success.
n
- Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are highly regarded.
n
