Our Community Support Workers support our participants with social, community & recreational participation, in-home support & daily living activities, specialised transport & domestic support.

Have NDIS experience (highly regarded but not required).

Your Responsibilities
n As a Community Support Worker, you will:
n
Provide professional and compassionate care.
n
Support clients under general guidance from their family or themselves.
n
Work within defined guidelines and exercise sound judgment, initiative, and confidentiality.
n
Assist with daily personal care and community access.
n
Manage your own schedule with minimal supervision.
n
What We Need from You
n
A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities.
n
Experience in mental health, personal care, food preparation, person centred support, community access, record keeping and documentations, and handling clients with complex behaviors.
n
Knowledge of restrictive practices.
n
Certification and experience in the disability sector (career shifters welcome).
n
A current NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
n
A current First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
n
A valid Driver's License and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
