and play a key role in supporting the financial operations that help our community thrive. From bank reconciliations and accounts payable to financial administration and reporting support, you'll be an important part of a collaborative and high-performing team.

What you'll be doing You’ll provide operational finance support across a broad range of activities, including:

Daily bank reconciliations and financial processing

Supporting month-end finance activities

Assisting with accounts payable, supplier maintenance and payment runs

Processing procurement card transactions and credit notes

Supporting GST, FBT and other taxation-related reporting

Providing backup support for Accounts Payable and assisting across the wider Finance team as needed

What you'll bring We're looking for someone who has:

Experience in finance administration, accounts payable, bookkeeping or similar roles





A sound understanding of accounting and finance principles

Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy

Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Great communication and customer service skills

The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team

Salary information: $71,667.44 to $75,515.44 per annum plus superannuation
