Pedagogy & Practice Leader

to support educational quality, mentor teams and help shape best practice across a small cluster of services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a

service-wide leadership role

while working closely with supportive owners who are genuinely invested in quality education and team development.

About the Role As Pedagogy & Practice Leader, you will play a key role in strengthening curriculum and teaching practices across the organisation by:

Mentoring Educational Leaders and educators to enhance teaching practice

Supporting planning, programming and reflective practice aligned with EYLF

Driving continuous quality improvement and pedagogical consistency

Guiding teams through critical reflection and professional growth

Supporting Quality Improvement Plans and assessment readiness

Promoting inclusive practices and strong family engagement

Delivering coaching, modelling and professional learning support

This is a

non-ratio leadership position , allowing you to focus on supporting educators and improving practice.

About You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)

Current or previous Educational Leader, Senior ECT or Room Leader experience

Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and reflective practice

Passion for mentoring and coaching educators

Confident communicator with collaborative leadership style

Desire to grow into broader pedagogical leadership
