Schwarz Excavations is seeking experiencedHi-Rail Operatorsto join our team and contribute to major civil, rail, and infrastructure projects across Queensland. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work with specialized rail and earthmoving equipment, ensuring safe and efficient project delivery.

About the role:

n

- Assist with maintenance of rail track infrastructure
n
- Operate hi-rail vehicles in compliance with network-specific standards and operational procedures.
n
- Follow all site, client and Schwarz safety policies and procedures
n
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure safe operations
n
- Support a safety-first culture through proactive participation
n
- Accurately complete required paperwork and reports
n

Skills and experience:

n

n
- RIW
n
- Unit TLIC3045 Operate Road/rail vehicle
n
- Construction Induction (White Card)
n
- C Class Driver's Licence
n
- Ability to pass a CAT 1 Rail Medical Assessment
n
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening
n




- Strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
