Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst

Job summary: Responsible for maintaining quality and security standards across Hellios Asia Pacific, including the preparation and attainment of our third-party certifications (e.g. ISO 9001).

Key responsibilities:

n

Quality

n

Maintain and continuously improve our quality management standards across Hellios' Asia Pacific operations, in line with the Group management system, including our continued attainment of ISO 9001.

n

Work closely with Hellios' Group Quality Manager to carry out the following activities for the Asia Pacific region:

n

n
- Incident & Non-Conformance coordination
n
- Internal Audit support
n
- Quality training delivery
n
- Management system documentation review and maintenance.
n
- Support monthly & quarterly quality performance reporting, as required.
n
- Localised 'horizon scanning' relevant to Quality
n
- Contribute to and support organisational improvement projects as required.
n

n

Security

n

Maintain and continuously improve our security policies and plans to ensure DISP and continued ISO 27001 compliance, in line with the Group management system.

n

Monitor relevant regulatory and standards changes, relevant to security, and advise their implications on the business.

n

Work closely with Hellios Chief Security Officer to support DISP annual reporting and ongoing maintenance.

n

Maintain good relationships with both customers and internal teams to ensure a first-class support experience

n

Key requirements





n

Knowledge and experience

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance roles
n
- Good understanding of CyberSecurity standards and practices
n
- Good understanding of ISO9001 & ISO27001 - Desirable
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with operating teams and as part of a matrix structure.
n
- Self-starter and ability to work on your initiative is important when dealing with issues
n

Qualifications and skills

- Excellent problem solver / critical thinker
n
- Positive attention to detail and ability to provide step-by-step help when required
n
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
n
- Security Clearance preferred
