Qualifications & experience

n

Any years' experience in the Landscaping/Landscape Construction industry is a bonus

n

Experience operating range of commercial landscaping equipment (eg Excavators, skid steers, diggers etc) is a bonus

n

Ability to listen to instructions and carry out work as instructed

n

Encourage other team members to work effectively together.

n

Good time management and communication skills

n





The ability to adhere to company WH&S; policies ensuring a safe and productive workplace

n

A desire to provide a high quality commercial Landscape Construction service

n

Tasks & responsibilities

n

Working on site on various landscaping jobs around Sydney learning your trade

n

1 day a week TAFE course to qualify as Cert III in Landscape Construction

n

Regularly liaising with your Manager/Supervisor.

n

Ensuring all works are completed in a protected manner.

n

Role is project based on various sites across Sydney, working with the team to ensure targets are met.

n

Management of a variety of landscape construction tasks.

n

Competitive wage package (and bonuses) are negotiable

Training including

n

Wage increases as you pass TAFE years (or anniversary) and at the end of financial year

n

Qualify at the end of 4 years - fast track to becoming a tradesman!
