Job Description

We are seeking a casual Operator to join our team at our Oxenford site. This is a hands-on role for experienced operators. As a casual operator, you will have the flexibility to work on an as-needed basis whilst contributing to our daily operations.

Key responsibilities

n

Operating quarry machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and operational guidelines

n

Monitoring equipment performance and reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors

n

Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation

n

Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies on site

n

Following operational procedures and ensuring accurate record-keeping of equipment usage and production

n

Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily activities

n

Identifying and reporting potential hazards or safety concerns immediately

n

Assisting with material handling and site organisation as required

n

What we're looking for

n





Proven experience operating quarry machinery or heavy equipment in a manufacturing, transport or logistics environment

n

A solid understanding of machinery maintenance and basic troubleshooting

n

A current, valid driver's licence (preferred)

n

Solid commitment to health and safety practices and a willingness to follow all workplace safety protocols

n

Flexibility to work casual shifts as required by operational needs

n

Any relevant qualifications or certifications in machinery operation or quarry work (preferred)
