Chandler Macleod Group in Blackburn, VIC is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support a major workforce planning project. The role focuses on analysing workforce data, developing forecasting models, and delivering insights to inform strategic decisions. Hybrid work with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, on a 12-week contract starting immediately, 38 hours per week, at $66 per hour plus super. You will build dashboards, perform ad hoc analysis, and ensure data quality across datasets.
