Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end billing and Accounts Receivable processes Handling a low-volume, high-value customer portfolio Preparing accurate invoices, statements, and billing reports Managing debtor collections,



account reconciliations, and banking activities Acting as the key contact for billing and revenue-related queries Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies Assisting with month-end journals, reporting, and audit requirements Producing revenue analysis and reporting insights Identifying process improvement initiatives and efficiencies

Requirements:

Proven experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable and billing roles

Previous experience within an ASX-listed or large corporate environment highly regarded

Strong experience managing high-value customer accounts

Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of processes

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPs)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Experience with Xero or similar ERP/accounting systems advantageous
