About the role:We are seeking a Procurement Operation Analyst to support a SAP Ariba data cleansing initiative. The role will focus on reviewing and remediating contract records to improve data quality, governance compliance and reporting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate contract records in SAP Ariba.
- Ensure contract values align with approved Contract Approval Forms (CAFs).
- Verify contract start and end dates against executed contracts.
- Confirm CAFs and executed contracts are uploaded and attached to the correct contract records.
- Identify, investigate and correct data quality issues, discrepancies and missing information.
- Document contracts with missing CAFs, executed agreements, or other required documentation.
- Maintain a register of all contract records amended during the remediation exercise, including details of changes made.




- Provide regular progress updates and remediation status reporting.

Skills & Experience

- Contract Administration, Procurement Operations or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of procurement and contract management processes.
- Experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement systems is desirable.
- Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good Excel, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to review and understand contract documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
