About the role

Coordinating recruitment activities across all of our agribusiness and apparel operations, the role calls for creativity, attention to detail, explicit and comprehensive communication. This is a support role that puts the customer first and continuously seeks to improve services we deliver to the business.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Perform end to end recruitment, selection and onboarding activities, including the high-volume annual recruitment campaign




- Proactively engage and partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and sourcing plans for positions
- Identify, attract and hire high-calibre candidates and establish talent pools for different operational business units and role types
- Prepare for and attend relevant careers fairs, conferences and events
- Positive brand building through advertising and social media posts
- Take the lead on applicant tracking system process improvements, training new users and support documentation.
- Develop reports to inform the business on recruitment related statistics

Requirements

- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT applications
- Excellent planning and organisational skills, capacity to manage competing priorities
- Capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Significant experience with end-to-end recruitment activities and knowledge of contemporary recruitment and onboarding practices
- Able to train new users on effective recruitment practices and system processes
