We are seeking a warm, grounded live-in learning assistant and mentor to join our family home. More than standard support, this role offers a positive, guiding presence for two teenage boys (12 and 15) during key morning and afternoon routines.

Key Responsibilities





Assist with morning preparations, including breakfast setup and school lunch preparation.

Guide and support smooth after-school transitions, homework completion, and winding down.

Participate directly in home activities, games, and outdoor recreation.

Schedule & Time Commitment

Term Time Schedule: Your core hours are focused around the morning (pre-school) and afternoon/evening (after-school) routines.

Daytime Freedom: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM is completely your own time during school terms to study, create, work remotely, or pursue personal projects.

Role Requirements

Valid Driver’s Licence with a safe driving record.

Working with Children Check (WWCC), Background and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

Strong personal references verifying character and reliability.

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residence Status only, as not suitable for Visa / Student VISA Sponsorship.
