Are you an experienced warehouse leader who knows how to keep a busy 3PL operation running safely, accurately and on schedule?

This is an chance to take ownership of daily warehouse operations at a fast-paced Erskine Park facility. You'll lead a frontline team responsible for fulfilling customer orders accurately and meeting demanding dispatch deadlines.

Our client is an established Australian-owned logistics and supply chain provider delivering warehousing, freight and third-party logistics solutions across national and international markets.

n

About the Role You'll coordinate daily picking, packing, replenishment, inventory and dispatch activities while ensuring labour is allocated effectively across customer accounts.
n Leading a team of approximately 5–10 employees, increasing to 40 or more during peak periods, you'll set clear priorities, monitor performance and ensure orders are completed safely, accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coordinate and support a frontline warehouse team.
n
- Manage daily 3PL operations across multiple customer accounts.
n
- Allocate labour and picking tasks according to order volumes, customer priorities and dispatch deadlines.
n
- Monitor productivity, order accuracy and daily picking targets.
n
- Ensure orders are correctly picked, packed, staged and closed within the WMS.
n
- Coordinate receiving, replenishment, inventory control and outbound activities.
n
- Investigate stock discrepancies, picking errors and customer order issues.
n

About You To succeed in this position, you'll bring:

n

n
- Solid experience within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment.
n
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor or similar.
n
- Proven experience leading high-volume customer order-picking operations.
n
- Strong knowledge of picking, packing, replenishment, inventory and dispatch processes.
n
- Experience using WMS or ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite or similar.
n
- A current LF Forklift Licence.
n
