Pick Packer & Food Production Worker (Food Manufacturing)

Eat to Live is more than a health food manufacturing business — we create nutritious alternatives to everyone's favourite foods. As our business continues to expand and grow, we're on the lookout for additional staff to join our Production Team on a Casual, Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time basis.

n

Positions Available:

n

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
n School Hours Shift: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (ideal for parents completing school drop-off and pick-up)
n Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
n Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

We welcome applications from

n

n
- Entry-level candidates with little to no experience in Food Production (Levels 1–2)
n
- Experienced Food Production Supervisors or Shift Leaders (Levels 3–6)
n

n

The Job involves;

n

Operation of all aspects of the production, including packing, sealing, labelling, dating, boxing & stock control.

n

Cleaning of all work areas and equipment to a high standard

n

Product & packing Quality Control

n

Follow all work instructions, procedures,



and safety rules.

n

The ideal candidate will:

n

Demonstrate a solid work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

n

Have experience in food processing (beneficial but not essential)

n

Be physically fit and able to perform all duties, including standing for long periods

n

Show excellent attention to detail

n

Be punctual, reliable, and dependable

n

Possess strong time management and organisational skills

n

Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

n

Have the stamina and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

n
