The Support People seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, performance and sustainable growth. This senior role reports to the CEO and oversees Support Coordination, Client Services, HR and Administration, with base in Ballarat or Bendigo and travel between sites.

You will drive KPI attainment, develop leaders and implement the strategic direction in partnership with the CEO, ensuring high-quality outcomes for participants and compliant operations.
