Window Cleaner / Working at Heights / Kitchen Cleaner

Are you experienced with commercial kitchen cleaning, window & building cleaning and working at heights and looking for a full-time position?

See Thru Cleaning is a leading cleaning services provider in NSW, that has expanded into Victoria and is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our team.

This role will involve a range of cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring our clients' properties are kept in pristine condition. There is also regular travel required in order to service sites across the state as we go to where our customers are.

While previous cleaning experience is welcome, it’s not required — we provide comprehensive on-site training for all new team members. All you need is a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.We will give you the skills and confidence to perform one or all of our services based on your ability to learn and grow with us.

Regional and interstate travel is also a requirement of this role. While we provide transport (vehicles or airfare), meals and accommodation and is captured between Monday to Friday, and can be exciting for many, it is away from home, family and commitments so needs to be considered before applying.

What you could be doing:

Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising commercial kitchens, including equipment and surfaces

Thorough cleaning and maintenance of buildings and windows, both inside and out

Performing tasks on roof tops with your WAH ticket.

Adhering to strict safety and quality standards to deliver exceptional service

Liaising with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work vehicle

What we're looking for:

Enthusiastic and passionate staff with an interest in commercial kitchen cleaning, window cleaning, working at heights, abseiling, high pressure cleaning, gutter cleaning and general cleaning.

Available for a rotating roster that could vary from daytime shifts to nighttime shifts week by week

Able to travel regionally and interstate, away from home for 3-4 weeknights at a time (fully funded).

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanour

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Clean Police Check (Client requirement).

Relevant certifications or qualifications, such as EWP or scaffold license, would be an advantage
