Our client is looking for a Portfolio Coordinator who will support the delivery and governance of large, multi‑project portfolios within a structured PMO setting.

The role ensures clear reporting, disciplined controls, and effective coordination across technical, business, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supports the individual Project Portfolios with the following areas
- Governance and Assurance within the ANSTO project management methodology
- Supporting Systems guidance with the current set of the Project Management tools




- Takes a collaborative approach with key stakeholders : Procurement, legal, Health and safety

Key Skills Required:

- Experience in Project Governance, Assurance Reporting & Controls
- Significant Experience with projects and portfolio management
- Experience in an Enterprise Project Management Office
- Significant experience in stakeholder management
- Significant experience in customer focused outcomes
- Technical skills in Microsoft Products, particularly MS Excel
- Exposure to SAP, especially SAP PPM and PS
