The Opportunity Sante Recruitment is partnering with a leading regional health service to appoint a Geriatric Medicine Registrar for a 6-month full-time contract

This role offers the opportunity to work within a

supportive multidisciplinary team , delivering high-quality care to older patients while developing your skills in

geriatric assessment, management, and discharge planning .

You will play an active role in ensuring

optimal patient outcomes , with a strong focus on holistic, patient-centred care.

About The Role Provide

medical assessment and management

of geriatric patients Work collaboratively within a

multidisciplinary team setting Contribute to

comprehensive geriatric assessment and care planning Support

safe and effective discharge planning Participate in

ongoing clinical review and patient management
