Stratum Civil is seeking an experienced construction labourer and all-round operator to join our civil contracting team on residential developments. You will support machine operations, GPS tasks and coordinate with on-site personnel to maintain quality and safety.
This role requires self-management, ability to meet deadlines and lead by example on site. Prior experience across civil projects and a practical, hands-on approach are essential to succeed in our quick-paced Mackay region projects.
