Job Description:

- Analyse client IT business requirements and existing system architecture, evaluate constraints and risks, and propose optimal network and system design solutions.
n
- Design, plan, configure and deploy core servers, workstations, enterprise networks, firewalls, VPNs and virtualised infrastructure for clients; conduct design reviews and technical validation.
n
- Architect and integrate resilient network systems to support pharmacy POS and dispensing hardware, ensuring the integrated design meets operational, security and performance requirements.
n
- Monitor network and system performance metrics, analyse capacity and security trends, identify bottlenecks and recommend infrastructure improvements.
n
- Diagnose complex LAN, WAN, server and network system issues,



conduct root-cause analysis and implement engineered remediation solutions.
n
- Design and deploy enterprise cybersecurity controls, architect backup and disaster recovery frameworks for client IT environments.
n
- Plan and coordinate IT infrastructure upgrades and system rollouts; develop test plans, conduct technical validation and liaise with technology vendors.
n
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical design and operational documentation for network and system environments.
n
- Provide specialist technical consultation for network and system architecture matters.

Qualification:

n

n
- A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in IT related major.
n
- Over 5 year of related IT work experience.
n
- Solid grasp of core network protocols and architecture.
n
- Practical experience in network security configuration.
n
- Proficient in server and virtualisation technologies.
n
- Familiar with storage and disaster recovery mechanisms.
n
- Excellent troubleshooting and cross-team communication skills.
