Job Description

Victoria State Emergency Service is seeking a Regional Volunteer Development Trainer to deliver competency-based training and maintain skills across units in a regional network.

n

You will coach volunteer trainers and assessors, work with the Operations Manager Learning & Development, and identify gaps to strengthen overall capability. Expect frequent regional travel and occasional evenings/weekends to support communities.
