Redline Engineering is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a CNC Machinist Apprentice.

This is an prospect to build a long-term career in one of Australia's most advanced manufacturing sectors, producing precision components and assemblies for Defence, Aerospace, Medical, Rail and Industrial customers.

For nearly 60 years, Redline Engineering has built a reputation for quality, innovation and precision. As an AS9100D accredited manufacturer, we invest heavily in technology, training and people.

Our facility features advanced CNC machining technology, including automated multi-pallet 5-axis machining centres, CNC lathes, sliding-head machines, assembly operations and quality inspection systems.

What You'll Learn

Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience in:

- CNC machining and manufacturing processes
- Precision measurement and inspection
- Machine setup and operation
- Tooling selection and management
- Quality systems and documentation
- Lean manufacturing principles
- Defence and Aerospace manufacturing standards

You'll work alongside experienced tradespeople, engineers and programmers who will support your development throughout your apprenticeship.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine interest in engineering, manufacturing or technology
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Has strong attention to detail
- Works well within a team environment
- Takes pride in producing quality work





Applications are encouraged from:

- Year 12 students completing school in 2026
- Recent school leavers
- Previous machining experience is not required.
