Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living assistance
n
- Support participants to achieve their goals and build independence
n
- Assist participants in accessing and engaging with the community
n
- Support meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines
n
- Provide other disability-related support as required
n




- Living in Australia with an easy reach to Western Suburbs of Melbourne

Requirements

- Experience supporting mental health participants

- All mandatory disability support checks and clearances
n
- Reliable, compassionate and qualified approach
n
- Available to start ASAP
n
- Previous disability support experience preferred
