Threads Education and Migration Group – Brisbane QLD

Threads Education & Migration Group is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Registered Migration Agent who can independently manage migration matters while maintaining a high standard of professional and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, employers and the internal team across a variety of visa and migration matters.

Key responsibilities

- Provide professional migration advice to new and existing clients
- Conduct client consultations and assess visa eligibility and migration pathways
- Prepare, review and lodge visa, nomination and sponsorship applications
- Manage employer-sponsored migration matters, including Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 applications
- Assist with skilled migration matters, including Subclass 189 and 190 applications
- Handle Student, Graduate, Partner, Visitor and other visa matters where required
- Prepare professional submissions, statements and supporting documentation
- Review client documents and identify additional information or evidence required
- Communicate professionally with clients, employers, education providers and relevant authorities




- Maintain accurate client records and ensure matters are progressed within required timeframes

About you

- Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent
- A valid Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN)
- Sound knowledge of Australian migration legislation, regulations and policy
- Experience preparing and managing visa and migration applications
- Strong written communication and submission-drafting skills
- Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple client matters and deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills
- Qualified, ethical and client-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
