As the Room Leader,



you'll be responsible for leading your team, creating engaging learning experiences, and fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You'll play a key role in mentoring educators while ensuring a high standard of care and education within your room. About You

Diploma or ECT qualification recognised by ACECQA Previous experience leading a room within an early childhood setting Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and leadership skills Passion for providing high-quality education and care Current Working With Children Check Enjoys being of a team and working together If you're looking for a role where you'll have genuine support, strong team culture, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
