Key Responsibilities

Overseethedailyoperationsofahigh-volumecommercialkitchen

Lead,supervise,roster,andtrainkitchenstaff

Maintainconsistentfoodquality,presentation,andauthenticcookingstandards

Managefoodordering,inventory,andsupplierrelationships

Monitorstocklevelsandminimisefoodwaste





Ensurecompliancewithfoodsafety,HACCP,hygiene,andworkplacesafetystandards

Controlkitchencosts,portionsizes,andfoodmargins

Coordinatewithfront-of-houseandmanagementteamstoensuresmoothservice

Maintainefficientworkflowduringbusyserviceperiods

Supportcontinuousimprovementofkitchenoperationsandteamperformance

Requirements & Eligibility

PreviousexperienceasaKitchenManager,HeadChef,orSousChefinabusyrestaurant

StrongknowledgeofauthenticThaicuisine,ingredients,andtraditionalcookingtechniques

Experienceleadingandmanagingkitchenteams

Knowledgeofrostering,stockcontrol,foodcosting,andinventorymanagement

UnderstandingofHACCP,foodsafety,andworkplacehealthandsafetyrequirements

Abilitytoworkefficientlyinafast-paced,high-volumeenvironment

Thailanguageskillsareadvantageous

Excellentleadership,communication,andorganisationalskills
