We are a reputable trailer manufacturer with over 40 years industry experience. Our company is growing and we are seeking a branch manager to join our Swan Hill Trailers team.

Responsibilities:

n

Trailer sales, which includes providing quotations to walk-in customers, incoming phone calls as well as email inquiries.

n

Process orders, invoices and registration in our system correctly

n

Preparing trailers for sales which incorporates wiring lights, fitting wheels, fitting cages and other related duties

n

Stock control

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

Excellent customer service skills in similar industries (automobile, caravan etc)

n

Intermediate level in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word

n

Mechanical-minded with hand-on experience

n

Forklift experience is a must or the aptitude to learn

n

Positive and can-do attitude with robust ethical and professional standards

n

This is a 5.5 days full- time position being Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Saturdays 8:00 am - 1:00pm.
