About the Role

n

As a Recruitment Partner, you will actively engage with employers, identify job opportunities and connect suitable candidates to vacancies across a range of industries. You'll develop and maintain employer relationships, generate employment opportunities and support customers throughout the recruitment and placement process.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry contacts and community stakeholders.
n
- Generate employment opportunities through business development, networking, account management and local labour market engagement.
n




- Identify employer workforce needs and match suitable candidates to available vacancies.
n
- Promote employment programs, supports and incentives to employers.
n
- Collaborate with Mentors and internal teams to understand customer goals, strengths and job readiness.
n
- Provide coaching, guidance and practical support to customers to improve job readiness, confidence and progression toward sustainable employment outcomes.
n
- Support candidates and employers throughout the recruitment and placement process.
n
- Maintain accurate records of employer engagement, vacancies, referrals and placements.
n
- Contribute to placement, outcome and employer engagement targets.
n
- Ensure all activities are compliant with program and contractual requirements.
n

About You

n

You are a motivated and commercially minded professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering outcomes.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

- Experience in recruitment, employment services, business development, sales or employer engagement.
n
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
n
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful employment outcomes.
n
- Confidence engaging with businesses across a range of industries.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- Resilience, initiative and a results-focused mindset.
n
- Current Driver Licence.
n
- Current Blue Card and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
n
