About the role: In this inbound customer service role, you will be responsible for delivering high-level, personalised assistance to help customers resolve issues with their products or services. This service-oriented position involves building rapport with customers and providing award-winning support. Duties:

Deliver an exceptional experience by engaging with customers to identify their needs

Offer solutions that best meet customer needs, including troubleshooting basic technical issues

Build strong relationships and confidently guide customers through technical problems





Aim for first-call resolution of customer concerns via email and phone

Keep up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to provide the best possible assistance

Accurately update information in the CRM system

Ensure all assigned jobs are acknowledged within 24 hours

Skills and Experience:

Self-motivated, confident and a clear communicator

Previous experience in a customer service role

Previous exp in SAP would be desirable

Problem solver, adaptable, able to adapt to new ways of working

Intermediate computer skills

Great organisational skills
