The successful candidate will be comfortable switching between services and staying organised in a varied, quick-paced environment. Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls on behalf of multiple businesses and services Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients Follow call guidelines while adapting messaging as required Manage call schedules, follow-ups, and notes accurately Maintain organised records of call outcomes Work towards agreed call and performance targets Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years experience in outbound calling, customer service, or sales roles Excellent verbal communication and listening skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple services and priorities Professional phone manner and positive attitude Experience using CRM systems or call tracking tools
